This is our most valuable asset. Our rural changers are the once that conduct all our activities as well as the administrative assignments at the office. The rural changers are young people coming from our benefiting communities. Having the rural changers implementing the activities have created a platform for a bigger impact because they know and understand these communities.
The rural changers go through various trainings to equip them with knowledge and skills needed for the specific task they are given. We are 25 rural changers and here is some of them during a training by our education advisor – Alice Kaunga
